- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate travel environment.
- Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems, as well as NDC platforms.
- Expertise in Quick Trav (back office) and other ticketing software.
- Experience with online booking tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong understanding of airfares, ticketing procedures, and fare rules.
- Process air tickets, Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs), and other travel documents promptly and accurately.
- Issue and reissue tickets within the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, and NDC.
- Create and manage group bookings through Amadeus and airline platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all travel procedures and regulations.
- Conduct necessary checks before ticket issuance, including fare rule verification.
- Submit tickets for quality control checks before final delivery.
- Assist with queries from internal travel coordinators and other ticketing customers
- Handle incoming calls and emails from corporate clients regarding travel arrangements.
- Process reservations for air tickets, visa applications, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.
- Handle client feedback and address any issues promptly.
- Issue invoices for all bookings
- Client Service and Communication:
- Maintain accurate records of ticket orders, reservations, and payment methods.
