Your Role: As Strategy & Partnership Associate, you&aposll work at the intersection of strategy, business development, and execution. You'll be responsible for sourcing and securing strategic collaborations, building new growth opportunities, and owning partner relationships that move the needle on Endeavor Malaysia's mission. This is a high-responsibility, high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys building from zero, thinking long-term, and taking initiative. Your Core Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships aligned with Endeavor Malaysia's growth goals. Design and execute partnership strategies that advance Endeavor Malaysia's goals and unlock greater value from strategic collaborations. Lead outreach, deal structuring, and negotiations with corporate and ecosystem stakeholders. Analyze the entrepreneurship landscape through market research and competitive analysis to uncover untapped opportunities and trends. Maintain, strengthen and scale relationships with partners, ensuring mutual growth and success. Negotiate partnership terms, contracts and agreements to ensure the best possible outcomes for Endeavor Malaysia. Own KPIs, partnership performance dashboards, and progress tracking. Work cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into Endeavor's operations and programs. Be a strong external face of Endeavor at ecosystem events and networking opportunities. We're looking for someone who: Has a degree in Business, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline. Has around 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy - ideally in startups, VC, or the ecosystem space - though driven fresh grads are also encouraged to apply! Understands the Malaysian entrepreneurship landscape and knows how to navigate it. Can lead a negotiation, close deals, and build long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders. Thinks strategically but executes with precision and accountability. Works well under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to learn. Communicates clearly and confidently, in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Is proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, etc.).
