About The Job As part of the Global Expansion team, you'll be responsible for bringing regional e-commerce retailers onto PostCo. We work with hundreds of retailers across 20+ countries. In this role, you'll source, negotiate, and close deals with some of the largest e-commerce retailers worldwide, with a focus on those based in Australia, the United Kingdom, the EU and the United States. You'll collaborate closely with our engineers, product team, and operators to shape the vision, strategy, and product roadmap needed to win in every market we operate in. The role requires a strong grasp of product, pitching, and technical skills to build AI agent automation workflows (e.g., n8n). This is a rare opportunity to join the early founding team and help scale one of the first global B2B SaaS startups from Southeast Asia. Own the strategy and execution to expand our product internationally Building AI agent automation workflows to scale our outreach and projects Work with internal product teams to ensure we're prioritizing the right features Shape our product roadmap to be the best SaaS return software in each of our key markets Develop pitch and positioning for new products or partner segments Lead, own and develop complex, multi-party sales process Serve as the voice of our retailers to drive the continuous improvement and direction of our product Job Requirements 2 - 3 years of working experience Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment Fast learners who can learn and grow at an accelerated rate and can take on rapidly increasing responsibility You have the ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas How We Think And Work Staying curious Build with users Always action first Think in principles, not in playbooks Operate at the lowest level of detail Pay And Benefits The annual salary range for this role is MYR 150,000 - MYR 180,000 inclusive of base salary, sales commissions/bonuses, and equity. The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and career level.
