- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Autocount is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-f-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical documents, including invoices, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), sales orders (SO), and other administrative records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, letters, packages) professionally and timely.
- Create, update, and maintain databases and records for personnel, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders to HQ when necessary.
- Assist in stock count or tracking administrative inventory if needed.
- Provide administrative support across departments and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Support the team with a positive, collaborative attitude and contribute to a productive work environment.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, or visitors and escalate issues when necessary
