Job DescriptionOur client is a subsidiary of a Hong Kong public listed company and a China state-owned company is a one-stop logistics solutions provide which include Freight Forwarding (which covers customs clearance and haulage), Project Logistics, Contract Logistics, Cross-Border e-Commerce Logistics and other services.They are currently looking for the right candidate to fill the following positionIT MANAGER (Mandarin Speaking)(Shah Alam, Selangor)Job Summary:The IT Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of various systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and Freight Forwarding System (FFS) for new customers and using these systems as operation enablers. He/she shall also provide 1st level support to users, trouble shoot problems, liaise with the outsourced vendor on issues or new requirements, etc. Also, to support IT requirements for Malaysia HQ.Responsibilities:

Work closely with business leaders and clients to analyse and document client requirements
Provide both functional and business process expertise in fulfilling clients' business and operation requirements
Lead the implementation, testing, usage, troubleshooting, and reporting of all systems modules, functions, interfaces, etc.
Ensure quality infrastructure, stable network, and adequate connectivity across the entire company to access all systems
Provide 1st level support to users
Liaise with regional IT team and IT vendors, and responsible to manage all communication
Design system solutions and improve existing solutions to increase operation efficiencies
Provide support to business development team, involve in RFPs/RFQs and make presentations to clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems,or similar IT studies
Proficiency in various logistics or supply chain systems such as WMS, TMS, FFS.
At least 8 years working experience with 2-4 years project implementation in similar role/position in 3 PL company for customers
Good interpersonal, analytical & troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication
Must be able to work independently
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and spoken)
5-days week

Salary RM9,000 to RM12,000, to commensurate with experience
