Key Responsibilities: Manage mass recruitment for roles such as Data Annotators, BPO agents, and technical support staff, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and execute efficient hiring strategies. Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates. Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates English proficiency (clear pronunciation), technical skills, and cultural fit. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. Maintain a structured candidate database and optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency. Deliver results under tight deadlines while managing high hiring targets. Requirements: Recruitment Experience: a) Minimum 2+ years in mass recruitment, with expertise in hiring Data Annotators or similar high-volume roles. b) Prior experience recruiting for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies or working within the BPO industry is a strong plus. Language Skills: a) Fluent English with clear pronunciation-able to conduct professional interviews and communications. b) Good command of written Chinese Core Competencies: a) High stress tolerance and adaptability in a target-driven environment. b) Strong negotiation, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills. c) Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring tools.
