
Sales Operations Intern (6 months)

- Input deals information (e.g., upsizes, promotions, ad sales) into ShopBack systems (Salesforce, Needle).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correctness of deal info.
- Ensure all Terms and Conditions are clear and accurate.
- Identify and resolve operational errors promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to find and fix the root cause of issues.
- Support Sales team in maintaining merchant relationships, providing proof of exposure.
- Propose and implement process improvements, including automation, to increase Sales Operations productivity.
- Support local/regional projects as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data-driven mindset; able to analyze team performance and historical data for better resource management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, Python, Zapier is a plus.
- Hands-on, eager to learn, and solve problems with a high bias for action.
- Independent and proactive; able to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and team-oriented; able to work with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Product).
