- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or sales coordination.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and a team player.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle inbound calls related to Water Filter customer complaints.
- Manage customer inquiries and responses via Live Chat.
- Conduct outbound calls to perform customer satisfaction checks.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they remain satisfied.
- Actively listen to customers' needs, provide solutions, or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to address inquiries effectively.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks when required.
