Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or sales coordination.
Strong business acumen, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and a team player.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries,providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a supportive team, this role is perfect for you!What You'll Do

Handle inbound calls related to Water Filter customer complaints.
Manage customer inquiries and responses via Live Chat.
Conduct outbound calls to perform customer satisfaction checks.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they remain satisfied.
Actively listen to customers' needs, provide solutions, or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain strong product knowledge to address inquiries effectively.
Work closely with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks when required.
