- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and ESS solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Solar system configurations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on proposal development and system design.
- Support tenders and respond to technical and commercial queries.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, and installers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy adoption, with the ability to translate technical features into customer value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Quick learner with a strong interest in renewable energy and emerging technologies.
