What You&aposll Do: You'll spearhead high-impact projects, shaping core production processes and collaborating closely with leadership to build agile organizational structures and technical training programs. You'll be at the forefront of global technical networks, representing your team in knowledge-sharing platforms while developing governance strategies for regional operations. Your expertise bridges process development and R&D, enabling simultaneous engineering that accelerates the creation of manufacturable, high-quality products. With a strong foundation in material science - especially in plastics and polyurethane - you'll guide proof-of-concept testing, support lifecycle initiatives, and provide expert insights to R&D teams. You'll also evaluate emerging technologies across the APAC region and design training concepts to upskill technical talent, ensuring long-term excellence in manufacturing capabilities. What You&aposll Need to Succeed: BSc / MS c / PhD in Material Science , Material Engineering , Chemistry, or Polymer Chemistry, Biochemistry. Prior experience in plastic background is needed. Experience and knowledge about plastic polymer properties and behaviour especially about Polyurethane Conducting and running proof of concept test related to material change.
