Job Tile: Business Development Manager / Executive Responsibilities: Setting goals and developing plans for business development & improvement of business and revenue growth. Research, planning and identify new business opportunities - including decision makers. Carry out sales forecasts, analysis and present findings and KPI to senior management. To manage assigned account efficiently & effectively by coordinating with inter-department / cross-department personnel To manage full process purchase cycle (handle enquiry, contacting potential clients, prepare quotation, payment, follow up with collection schedule as well as handling of customer complaints). Build sustainable and professional relationships with customers / suppliers. Researching prospective accounts in target markets. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Requirements: Strong Networking, Negotiation & Strategic prospecting skill within manufacturing industry will be added advantage. Creative, proactive and ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
