Job Responsibility Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy. Handle inquiries related to products, services, and warranty claims. Register and track service requests, complaints, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution for customers. Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding service status. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure the service centre environment is organized, professional, and customer friendly. Operation Hours 5 working days, 2 off days (schedule based on rotation) 9:00am 10:30pm (follow mall operation hours) Requirements Job Requirements Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in customer service or service centre is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain patient and professional when handling complaints.
