  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in BPO or banking/financial industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and problem solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking processes, compliance standards, or KYC procedures will be an added advantage.
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts (if required).
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Guide customers on digital banking and self-service options.
  • Perform transaction confirmations and request supporting documents when needed.
  • Clarify issues, provide solutions, and perform basic KYC tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
