- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in BPO or banking/financial industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking processes, compliance standards, or KYC procedures will be an added advantage.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts (if required).
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
- Guide customers on digital banking and self-service options.
- Perform transaction confirmations and request supporting documents when needed.
- Clarify issues, provide solutions, and perform basic KYC tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
