Job Responsibility Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs within the FMCG sector, focusing on alcoholic beverages. Working alongside with Heineken Malaysia Sdn Bhd as distributor market representatives Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to expand the company&aposs customer base. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, providing tailored product presentations and solutions. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent Customer Relationship Management. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to improve our products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM tools. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Job Requirements Possess a Diploma in any field. Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits. Exhibit excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a diverse customer base. Proficiency in cold calling techniques to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Ability to deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our beverage products. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet sales targets. Proven ability to upsell products and close deals, maximizing revenue opportunities. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
