- Provide leadership and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives, budgetary goals, and performance targets.
- Identify and pursue new export sales opportunities across the electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.
- Lead and actively engage both peers and team members to achieve targeted outcomes, while providing long-term coaching and development to foster positive growth and employee development.
- Carry out the duties and responsibilities of an Export and Key Account Management specialist to ensure successful results for all designated accounts.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Business, Science, Engineering and equivalent. Master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 8-10 years experience in export sales from electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
