- Provide professional transportation solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Handle booking requests and provide timely confirmations.
- Conduct regular sales calls to stay updated with market trends and close deals.
- Identify and resolve shipment-related operational issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Degree in any discipline (relevant experience may substitute for qualification).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
