This is a role where your emotional intelligence and communication skills shine. You'll play a key role in helping customers feel confident and empowered in using ChatDaddy. What You'll Be Doing As a trusted point of contact, you will: Welcome and onboard new clients - helping them feel confident and cared for from day one Build warm, long-term relationships with clients through thoughtful check-ins and proactive support Offer helpful suggestions so clients can unlock more value from our platform Promote smarter workflows by encouraging the use of automation tools Listen deeply to client feedback, and bring those insights back to the team to improve our product Identify renewal and upsell opportunities that genuinely benefit the customer Troubleshoot issues with care and ensure every client feels heard and supported What We're Looking For We'd love to meet someone who: Has 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role - ideally in SaaS or tech Is fluent in both English and Chinese (required) and communicates with empathy and clarity Brings a solution-oriented mindset and a sincere desire to help others succeed Is comfortable with tools like CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Enjoys working independently but thrives in a collaborative team Notices the little things and takes initiative to solve them before they grow Experience with WhatsApp automation or similar platforms is a plus, but not required - we'll support your learning.
