You'll manage incoming chats, ensure clear communication, and act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams-making sure issues are logged, tracked, and resolved smoothly. What You'll Do Respond promptly to client messages via WhatsApp, chat, and email. Collect and document client-reported issues, then pass them to the QA/engineering team for investigation. Follow up with clients to provide updates, clarifications, or solutions after QA review. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and product usage guidance. Ensure every interaction leaves clients feeling supported and confident in using ChatDaddy. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in customer support, tech support, or a related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills-clear, empathetic, and professional. Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to understand and relay technical issues. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in tracking multiple conversations. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new SaaS tools quickly. Bonus: Experience with SaaS, chatbots, WhatsApp Business API, or startup environments.
