The job purpose is to support Enterprise Application Systems, involve in functional SAP support, process improvement, documentation, KPI tracking and project managementThe Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and customization of solutions to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide status updates to senior management
- Driving process improvement to improve operational efficiency. Participate in system upgrades and integrations.
- Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.

- Support for integration with other applications.
- Documentation and KPI tracking. Ensures documentation of program development is compiled and complete.
- Conduct post implementation reviews to gather user's feedback on change request and projects.
- Preparations for test cases, project blue-print and functional specification reviews.
- Involvement in unit testing or user acceptance testing.
- Following established change control procedures for migration to QA and SAP Production.
- Overseeing system audit.
- Conduct or participate in tendering process
- At least bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- At least 8-10 years of working experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO issues.
- Knowledge in integration with other non-SAP system is essential (Example: E-Invoice system, billing and CRM system)
- Understand of business process requirement and translate them into system configuration/customize solution according to design
- Applicant must possess excellent teamwork, positive attitude, good communications, interpersonal skill and self-initiative to learn.
- Possess excellent problems solving skills.
- Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimum of supervision.
- Have basic knowledge on SAP Query and Technical Skills.
- Basic ABAP/Basis skill will be added advantage.
- Experience with Shell scripting and Oracle DB will be added advantage.
