About the Role: The key accountabilities for this role and those roles directly reporting to it are, but not limited to: Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system-related inquiries and issues from business units. Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders to review system performance, discuss enhancements, and gather feedback. Build strong relationships with Stakeholders, staying informed about system updates, roadmaps, and support resources. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of systems analysts. Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. System Management: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of ERP financial systems. Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities. Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end financial systems integration projects. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Coordinate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and objectives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks. Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in financial systems. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all integrations comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data during and after integration. Conduct regular audits and assessments of integration processes and systems. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Develop and implement best practices for financial system management and use. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Qualifications Education: Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial systems management or a related field. Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms. Proven experience leading and managing technical teams. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or financial system-specific certifications are advantageous. Required Skills Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial regulations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in ERP system administration, configuration, & troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration platforms and tools. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience with API management and web services (REST, SOAP). Understanding of database management and data warehousing. Preferred Skills Occasional travel may be required for training, conferences, or meetings. May need to work outside of standard business hours to address urgent system issues or to meet project deadlines. May be required to work late hours sometime for coordination with other geographies. Not required regularly, only on a need basis. Strong attention to detail within a high transactional environment across multiple agencies. Ability to communicate in both written and oral form to ensure queries are understood and resolved within timeframes. Ability to influence suppliers on process improvement and change management projects as appropriate.
