Responsibilities Strategic and Analytical Lead SEO Strategy - Own and execute SEO strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals across regions. Data Interpretation - Turn data into actionable insights for teams and stakeholders. Performance Improvement - Enhance SEO performance across global websites, improving rankings and traffic. Reporting - Update monthly SEO reports tracking performance metrics, keyword rankings, PageSpeed Scores, and domain/page authorities. Share recommendations with content and web teams. Algorithm Updates - Stay updated on algorithm changes and recommend strategies to capitalise on these changes and mitigate ranking losses. Technical Content Optimisation - Implement on-page content optimised for key phrases and conduct keyword research. Technical Audits - Perform regular technical audits to ensure best practices, high PageSpeed Scores, and resolve crawling/indexation issues. Website Setup - Minimise signal fragmentation by consolidating content, eliminating duplicate metadata, and optimising internal linking. Collaborative Cross-Regional Collaboration - Effectively collaborate across regions. Digital PR - Support link acquisition targets and priority publications in campaigns. Team Collaboration - Work with local and vendor marketing teams to apply best-in-class organic search strategies. Qualifications Skills and Knowledge SEO Expertise - Deep understanding of both on-site and off-site SEO. Tool Proficiency - Experience with Google Analytics 360, Search Console, SEMrush, and other ranking tools. Multi-lingual Projects - Experience in running multi-lingual SEO projects. AI Tools - Knowledge of AI tools and their application in SEO. Analytical Skills - Results-driven and highly analytical, with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them. Performance Metrics - Understanding of website performance metrics and tracking, including first touch, last touch, and DDA attribution. Personal Skills Communication - Strong communicator with excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills. Organisation - Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet fast turnarounds. Innovation - Innovative, with a desire to contribute ideas to shape strategy. Collaboration - Ability to work with various digital professionals to implement SEO strategies and ongoing optimisations.
