Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist with at least 2-3 years of proven experience and Google certification to manage and optimise our clients' search marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through organic and paid channels, ensuring our clients achieve higher search rankings, increased traffic, and improved conversion rates. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, and a track record of delivering results. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis. Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Optimise website content, metadata, and site structure for search performance. Perform regular SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities. Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools. Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies. Google Ads Management Plan, set up, and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns. Optimise ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages. Monitor daily budgets and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments. Produce performance reports and actionable insights for clients. Reporting & Collaboration Prepare monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO and PPC best practices. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and new ad features. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on SEO and Google Ads campaign management. Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Shopping) is required. Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO and PPC results. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Bonus Skills Experience with other PPC platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development. Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation). Working Arrangements & Benefits Employment Type: Full-time with statutory contribution. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Malaysia Time). Public Holidays: Follows Kuala Lumpur public holidays. Medical Claim: Up to RM80 per consultation, capped at RM800/year. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy: You are required to use your own laptop/PC and internet connection for work. Access credentials, software, and tools will be provided.
