- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as underwriting, operations, and product development, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes, ensuring compliance and adherence within the team.
- Monitor team expenses and allocate resources effectively to optimize efficiency and achieve cost savings.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a team in a fast-paced mortgage sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgages and home loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of driving team performance and achieving targets.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret market trends and insights.
