Job Description Job Description Job Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development - Develop and implement strategies to guide and coach Banssurance Advisor to sell life insurance products (investment-linked savings, health and protection) through bank branches. Relationship Management - Maintain strong ties between the bank and insurance company, engage key stakeholders for referrals, and keep bank staff updated on products and sales skills. Training & Support - Train and support bank staff on insurance products, underwriting follow-up, and sales techniques, while organizing events and campaigns to raise product awareness Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with regulatory guidelines Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Monitor sales performance across branches, collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, analyze market trends, and prepare reports on sales results and growth opportunities for management Customer Service & Retention - Support and guide bankers in handling customer queries, claims, renewals, and upselling. Job Requirements: A recognized diploma / degree in any field. Must possess PCE & CEILI qualification. Minimum 3-7 years of working experience in Bancassurance/Insurance/Banking Sales. Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target A team player; proactive, outgoing, performance driven and flexible to changes Strong understanding of life & non-life insurance products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Leadership ability to train and motivate bank staff. Knowledge of regulatory compliance in bancassurance.
