- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales management and team development.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead through influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking systems, digital platforms, and customer engagement tools.
