Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our procurement and tender team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the full scope of tender preparation and procurement processes. As part of our team, you will receive hands-on training and gain exposure to preparing bids, handling supplier coordination, and understanding contract requirements. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and compiling tender documents according to requirements. Review tender specifications to ensure full compliance and accuracy. Conduct market research and obtain quotations from suppliers. Maintain organized records of tender documents, timelines, and outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, legal) for tender inputs. Monitor upcoming tenders and ensure timely submission. Support vendor registration and supplier evaluations.
