This is a key leadership role supporting business expansion and talent growth across international markets. The successful candidate will bring strong cross-cultural management skills, global HR expertise, and the ability to adapt to international assignments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields. 5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in overseas HR management or in a multinational company. Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken & written). Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance. Skilled in communication, cross-cultural team management, and problem-solving. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems. Open to overseas travel or long-term assignments abroad. Bonus points if you have: >Experience in a Chinese multinational enterprise. >Studied in China. >HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) Key Responsibilities Lead the full spectrum of HR across overseas markets (recruitment, C&B, performance, employee relations, training & development). Design and manage fair, competitive compensation & benefits programs aligned with market practices and company policies. Partner with leaders to recruit and onboard top overseas talent while building strong local pipelines. Drive performance management and employee engagement, ensuring teams stay motivated and high-performing. Develop training and development programs to build skills and support succession planning. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and create HR systems that balance HQ standards with local culture. Report regularly to HQ on workforce, compensation, and performance insights to support decision-making.
