About the Role We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to support one of the leading international Chinese menswear retail brands . In this role, you will lead HR functions across multiple regions, aligning strategies with business goals while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will adapt HR practices to diverse cultural contexts and play a key role in global expansion, workforce development, and talent management-making a direct impact on people, culture, and business growth worldwide. Key Responsibilities Oversee full HR operations overseas (8 Countries): recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and organizational development. Design and manage compensation and benefits systems; conduct benchmarking and ensure policy compliance. Establish and refine overseas HR systems and processes, balancing global standards with local practices. Develop localized HR plans to support business growth, talent pipelines, and succession planning. Partner with business leaders to recruit key positions, expand channels, and build talent pools. Implement performance management frameworks and guide departments on goal-setting and evaluation. Manage employee relations: contracts, communication, dispute resolution, and cultural integration. Plan and implement training and development programs aligned with business needs. Provide regular HR reports on workforce, compensation, and performance to headquarters. Monitor labor law changes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Lead and manage a regional HR team (4-5 members). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, Psychology, or related fields. 5-8 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in overseas or multinational HR. Proficiency in Chinese & English to handle international stakeholder. Strong knowledge of HR modules and labor laws across countries. Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership skills. HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) are an advantage. Show more Show less
