- Lead client onboarding: from project planning and system setup to go-live execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to design and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs across customer and internal development initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement using data, automation tools, and process optimisation techniques.
- Act as the primary liaison for client engagements, ensuring high satisfaction and efficient handovers to account teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics implementation, or supply chain solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of freight operations (air, sea, road, warehousing, customs).
- Skilled in tools like TMS, WMS, ERP, and fluent in process mapping and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is a plus.
