Overview THE ROLE: The Regional Strategy and Implementation Manager will support the Vice President of Regional Strategy and Implementation by translating strategic plans into actionable goals. This role requires a strong team player & leader capable of fostering collaboration, influencing without direct authority, and maintaining strong relationships with Distributor leadership and Senior Executives. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: Achieving Financial Goals: Assist the Regions in meeting annual sales, operating income, cost targets, and goals. Leading Projects: Successfully lead, manage, track, follow-up and provide execution support on strategic projects through completion. Improving Operations: Enhance processes and operations of support functions WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: A dynamic, diverse, and multi-cultural team spanning across multiple markets within APAC, SAMCAM, and RSM, working together in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Qualifications SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is an individual contributor role; however, the following supervisory responsibilities will be essential in the capacity of project lead. Strategic Support: Provide recommendations for regional growth, including geographic expansion, business remodels, and marketing plan enhancements. Financial and Operational Assistance: Aid the Regions in achieving financial and operational targets, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Operational Oversight: Oversee the implementation of projects for improving the overall regional operations, processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Liaison Role: Act as a communication bridge between the Regions and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects critical to the region&aposs strategic goals. POTENTIAL ADDITIONS TO THE RESPONSIBILITIES SECTION BELOW: Finance: Collaborate on budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Develop plans to improve profitability and support pricing discussions. Controllership, Tax, Treasury: Implement business solutions for changing market conditions affecting compensation, payment gateways, and costs. Human Resources: Prioritize hiring, support talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. Improve employee engagement. Operations: Ensure strategic projects align with operational capabilities. Support product lifecycle and address supply chain issues. GBS: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and goals are met. GSS: Support business processes, handle service escalations, and develop localized manufacturing and sourcing strategies. Sales and Marketing: Develop initiatives to achieve sales targets and financial objectives. Technology and Digital: Support digital transformation and technological innovation. Prioritize projects based on Regional leadership direction. Compliance: Address regional compliance issues and ensure follow-up. Legal/MPC: Manage channel distribution and mitigate risks considering local laws. GA & GRA: Ensure product and tax compliance with evolving market conditions. Distributor Leadership: Engage with distributor leadership. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: SKILLS Big Picture Thinking: Understand overall goals and turn them into actionable tasks. Presentation Skills: Present ideas effectively and work well with Distributor leadership Regional Leadership and Senior Executives. Leadership: Lead by example, influence others without direct authority, and encourage teamwork. Organizational Skills: Manage multiple projects at once and achieve results. Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective strategies. EXPERIENCE At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, modelling, analysis and/or business development within an International or Multinational company of a US parent Project Management background Knowledge of Herbalife Marketing Plan and business model will be an added advantage EDUCATION Degree (or equivalent / professional) qualification in Finance, Economics or related field or higher studies Terms of Use Privacy Policy Show more Show less
