Key Responsibilities Product Management Responsible to strategise Cash Product proposition, which covers product & go-to-market strategy, product utilization and profitability to grow market share and profitability in alignment to business strategies & goals. Ensure products are developed, rolled out are implemented effectively to its targeted customers based on insights, market scanning, knowledge of competitive and industry trends and best practices within the timelines, targets and budgets are achieved. Ensure the discipline in tracking product profitability & utilization based on product performance, revenue, volume, etc. Conduct market share and competitor analysis, continuous product review and improvement. Review regional Cash products/offering/services and its suporting system & units / processes periodically to support the growth of the business. Work closely with all stakeholders internally (Implementation, Sales & Call Center) and external (SBU, Operations, SBU, legal, Operational risk, Compliance, Finance, IT, CX, Audit and etc) to define product requirements and ensure the integrity of final delivered solutions, processes and documentation. Implementation & Client Services and Quality Assurance Review weekly sales pipeline to plan resourcing to support the upcoming deals, track all the deals under implementation stage to mitigate delay to on-board clients onto CIMB platform Ensure immediate remedial actions are taken when there is potential delay/issue. Ensure smooth implementation process and synergy between product and implementation function. Oversee the UAT planning, preparation exercise and solutions. Ensure better Business Verification Strategy and execution on monthly bank's system deployment release, Bank's DR / BCP /Cert renew for Cash product systems. Review product's client onboarding processes and provide sign-off before a new product is launched. Review and update client onboarding policies and procedures regularly. Additional Responsibilities Lead the sustainable finance function for Group Transaction Banking and work closely with Group Sustainability and the relevant stakeholders to meet the objectives/targets assigned. People Management Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive team that operates seamlessly. Identify, allocate and organise resource requirements, including people development requirements. Works with stakeholders to build the talent pipeline and succession plan. Regulatory & Compliance Oversees and address the gaps within and between cash product and client implementation team Attend to queries and actions required by regulatory bodies (PayNet / BNM) and bank control functions in a timely manner. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and practices for managing and mitigating business risks and people issues. Ensure all staff adheres to all internal as well as external policies and regulations such as credit guidelines, risk policies, audit and statutory compliance and regulations. Requirements More than 15 years of experience of relevant banking background in established bank/financial institutions. More than 15 years of prior leadership position in a banking role in established financial institutions Bachelor&aposs Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics / Financial Engineering) Strong interpersonal skills, ability to represent large businesses across multiple internal as well as external stakeholders. Strong product management and sales management skills In depth knowledge of Cash Management business Working knowledge of key technology developments Knowledge in Islamic banking would be an advantage.
