  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
  • Clarify customer needs, assess problems, and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform specified KYC tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Escalate complex cases when required.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.
