Role Description : Engage and support students to keep them motivated in their learning journey, ensuring continued usage and long-term value. Conduct onboarding sessions and guide parents/students through the implementation process to ensure a smooth start with Geniebook, setting the foundation for a lasting relationship. Address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for both students and parents. Analyze and share learning progress with parents to highlight student improvements and reinforce the value of Geniebook, increasing retention. Proactively drive sales by identifying opportunities and recommending upgrades, add ons and referrals based on each student&aposs needs Manage customer renewals, ensuring a seamless process and reinforcing the value of Geniebook to encourage continued subscription. Build trust and loyalty through regular, proactive communication with students and parents. Motivate and guide students in setting and achieving academic goals. Identify student strengths and areas for improvement, providing tailored guidance. Job Qualifications : Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Sales management experience is beneficial but not required. Goal-driven and motivated by KPIs, with a commitment to excellence in sales and customer success. Experience in customer service and providing user assistance Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Ability to work effectively, self-driven and independent in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Positive attitude with high-energy, passionate, and empathetic toward students and parents.
