Join a team where finance meets innovation. We are looking for a Finance Business Support Analyst to act as the bridge between business users and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business users on issues related to Coupa, Oracle, SmartStream, or equivalent finance systems. Manage and triage tickets - log, categorize, prioritize, and troubleshoot incidents via ticketing platforms. Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues or escalate them to L2/L3 support as needed. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the issue resolution lifecycle. Support documentation efforts, keeping SOPs, FAQs, and user guides up to date. Assist in system testing, user training , and identifying areas for continuous improvement and automation. What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology , or related disciplines. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a business or user support role , preferably within a finance or corporate environment. Exposure to ticketing systems, SLAs, and KPIs in a regional support setting. Background in banking or insurance is a plus. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Coupa, Oracle, SmartStream , or similar enterprise systems (ERP, finance, or procurement). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite . Soft Skills & Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
