Oversee the operations and maintenance of multi-storey buildings owned by Public Bank Group to ensure that they are in tenantable condition at all times Ensure that all the maintenance contracts and the schedules/programmes are timely and properly executed by the contractors Attend to repair/rectification/refurbishing works for the buildings as and when required including preparation of work specification, calling and evaluation of quotations/tenders, obtaining approval and execution of work with quality control Assess and recommend any upgrading works to the buildings owned by the Group to ensure comfort and safety of the occupants Develop sustainability initiatives and supervise the project execution Requirements Degree in Building & Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 8 years in managing building facilities in similar capacity Electrical Chargeman (Medium Pressure/High Pressure) Certificate will be an added advantage Has analytical, problem solving and commercial negotiation skills Possess strong leadership skills to lead and manage teams and projects Well versed in OSH/Jabatan Keselamatan and Kesihatan Perkerjaan Act (JKKP), Uniform Building By-Laws and Bomba Regulations & Requirement
