We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support our sales operations in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience in FMCG, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between customers, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution. About the Role The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, engaging with clients, and ensuring compliance with company standards while collaborating with various teams to drive sales success. Responsibilities Order Processing & Coordination Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment. Liaise with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues. Customer Engagement Conduct customer meetings for product listing, sampling, pricing, and terms negotiation. Address customer inquiries promptly (e.g., providing certifications, documents to support sales operation). Retail & Promotions Management Plan and execute in-store promotions, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Support NES promotional activities. Sales Operations & Reporting Monitor stock levels, identify aging stock, and escalate for action. Generate and analyze sales reports from ERP system (e.g. track sales performance etc.) and operate ERP system to support sales related activity (e.g., issue Purchase Requisitions etc.). Compliance & Documentation Maintain and update annual ISO compliance documents for the sales department. Ensure all sales processes adhere to company and regulatory standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance on AR (Accounts Receivable) issues and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with Branding, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations. Additional Tasks Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in FMCG sales (dairy/food/beverage experience a plus). Required Skills Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (order processing, sales reports) is not a must, but good to have skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis & presentations. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills. Problem-solving ability to handle customer & operational issues. Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team. Time management to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Other: Willingness to travel for customer meetings (if required).
