Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory
Required language(s): Fluent in BM, English
Applicants must be willing to work in Terengganu
Possible to have own transportation
No work experience is required. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Tanggungjawab

Handling customer list & order processing order accurately on a daily basis in a timely manner.
Ensure the daily Save target is achieved.
Keep track of the Daily customer list, Nova TR/SR status, Customer Order processing and resolve any issue with pending orders.
To provide accurate information / service with excellent telephone courtesy for all customer either sales or non-sales.
Gathering feedback from customers who have decided to cancel their subscriptions or contracts in order to understand the reasons behind their decision and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiating with customers who are considering leaving in order to offer them incentives, discounts, or alternative solutions to encourage them to stay.
