Senior Sales Manager - Enterprise Software Solutions Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre (walking distance to KLCC LRT Station) Industry: Global Enterprise Tech Solutions Provider (origin: United States) Compensation: RM25,000+ base salary with high-value commissions We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts within a defined portfolio of key enterprise accounts. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth across a full suite of intelligent automation and enterprise software solutions. Our client, a US-headquartered software company, delivers cutting-edge technologies including RPA, BPM, Document Management, Smart Process Applications, BI, and e-Signature platforms . The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in selling complex solutions to C-level executives, with a clear understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems and digital transformation strategies. This is a high-impact role suited for a sales leader who thrives in a consultative, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle across 10-15 high-value strategic accounts Position enterprise-grade automation solutions to senior decision-makers, aligning offerings with client business objectives and ROI goals Develop and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Collaborate closely with lead generation, solution engineering, and partner teams to drive pipeline growth and conversion Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within key accounts and partner ecosystems Ensure full visibility and accuracy in sales forecasting, CRM management, and internal reporting Actively contribute to market development initiatives and competitive positioning Candidate Profile Minimum 10+ years of success in enterprise software sales, preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, or related sectors Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets in complex B2B environments Strong experience selling enterprise platforms such as RPA, ECM, BPM, ERP, or document automation solutions Adept at navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engaging with VP- and C-level executives High degree of business acumen, with the ability to understand client priorities and translate them into tailored solution offerings Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic selling skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment Bachelor&aposs degree required; MBA is an advantage Show more Show less
