About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia . This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong understanding of regional business practices and proven success in building client relationships across diverse markets. As part of our international sales team, you will engage with businesses across Malaysia and other Asia-Pacific regions, helping them adopt digital invoicing and compliance solutions. You will work closely with our regional marketing and partner teams to expand market presence, strengthen client connections, and deliver consistent growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, solution presentations, proposal preparation, and closing opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM (Zoho). Respond professionally and promptly to inbound sales enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, partners, and referrals. Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute campaigns tailored for the Malaysian market. Support and strengthen relationships with local partners and resellers, assisting in joint sales efforts. Prepare sales forecasts and reports, providing insights on customer needs and market trends. Represent Link4 in industry events, webinars, and client meetings, building trust and credibility with stakeholders. Requirements Requirements Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with SaaS or technology products. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently. Proficiency in English and Mandarin to engage effectively with diverse clients. Proven experience working with CRM systems (preferably Zoho). Results-oriented, detail-focused, and disciplined in managing follow-ups. Familiarity with Malaysian business culture and regional sales practices is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal communicator with empathy and cultural awareness. Experience in digital transformation, e-Invoicing, ERP, or financial software will be an added advantage.
