We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee sales operations management for a leading American smart device technology client . The role will drive operational excellence, manage large-scale sales support teams, and ensure seamless delivery of business objectives in a BPO environment. This leader will act as a key bridge between the client, internal stakeholders, and frontline teams, focusing on sales performance, efficiency, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall sales operations strategy and execution for the smart device account. Manage daily operations across multiple teams to ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations. Drive sales growth initiatives , including cross-selling, upselling, and revenue optimization. Partner closely with the client on business reviews, performance insights, and process improvement opportunities. Oversee capacity planning, workforce optimization, and resource allocation to meet dynamic sales targets. Develop and execute sales enablement programs in collaboration with Training and Quality teams. Implement data-driven performance management, tracking key sales metrics and reporting to leadership. Lead change management efforts to support product launches, process transitions, and market expansions. Mentor and develop operations managers, team leaders, and frontline staff to foster a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with client policies, BPO standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of business operations. Act as the primary escalation point for operational challenges and client concerns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Relevant experience as a Senior Operation Manager in BPO operations is required , especially in sales operations management . Strong background in technology, consumer electronics, or smart device projects preferred. Proven track record of managing large-scale operations (500+ FTEs) with strong financial and client accountability. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in sales forecasting, planning, and reporting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global stakeholders.
