Tanggungjawab
  • Customer Support: Resolve issues; Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Educate and guide customers on the use of self-service options and automated banking channels.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for transaction confirmations and request necessary supporting documents.
  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification tasks in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
