Provide clerical and administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.General responsibilities:
  • Support TA team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative task.
  • Provide support in recruitment activities & projects.
  • Support in Recruitment & Onboarding process in Success Factor system administration.
  • Act as a communication channel between superior and department's personnel to drive communication and decision-making.
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of HR and DKSH behaviours as part of continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
  • Duration period: minimum 6 months
