About The Role The Sales Enablement & Operations Manager is responsible to support our Industrial Sales team in delivering efficient, client-focused solutions. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in fulfillment and financial processes across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding & Operational Solution Design: Collaborate with the Industrial Sales team to understand and assess new client requirements. Design and implement tailored operational solutions including product configuration, system integration, fulfillment, after-sales support, and settlement workflows. Lead negotiations and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and solution deployment. Client Relationship Management & Service Optimization: Serve as the operational point of contact for key clients, ensuring service delivery excellence and responsiveness. Continuously evaluate and enhance sourcing efficiency, supply chain operations, and after-sales service to meet and exceed client expectations. Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts to increase revenue and client satisfaction. Project Receivables & Settlement Management: Develop structured and client-specific settlement strategies that align with various credit terms and supply chain financing needs. Oversee and resolve issues related to goods acceptance, warehousing, order reconciliation, and invoicing. Monitor account receivables closely to improve collection efficiency, minimize overdue accounts, and mitigate financial risks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, supply chain, or client service roles-preferably in industrial or B2B sectors. Strong knowledge of national and international supply chains, with expertise in inventory management, cross-border logistics, and customer fulfillment solutions. Strong negotiation and project management skills. Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements. Fluency in Malay, English and Mandarin is required. Show more Show less
