In your new role you will:
- Process sample requests and RMA from customers, check sample stock availability, sample price verification with PL/Sales Manager, sample tracking & reporting for customers
- Support sales requestors and act as quality gate for software &service order request to Order Evaluation (OE) team
- Ensure availability and compliance of contracts and other supporting documents before place service order requests to correct regional OE team
- End User Check for Trusted Partners (every 6 months per Ship To) and check export control status upon new customer application
- Investigate price discrepancies and initiate credit/debit memo requests as necessary for Order Evaluation Team approval and release, and update the Regional Team/Credit and Collections Team accordingly. Support customer RFQ, software quote and incomplete order requests
- Maintain customer contacts and feedback in PCN Tool and assist customer requests for supporting documents/information related to PCN(QTR, CIPs)
- Respond on product information request including standardization
- Support new CPN-SP link and any modifications to the current CPN-SP link, upon request by Regional SOP or CLM
- Cooperate with other division's Internal Sales, and enhance sales operational effectiveness
- Respond, update and/or follow up on MS Dynamic cases to closure
- Provide dedicated Sales Operations support for the Direct/Digital accounts and acts as a single point of contact for sales and customers
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Demonstrates basic customer and sales support skills
- Service oriented attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Has a sense of responsiveness, both timely and completeness
- Ability to drive closure with diverse personnel throughout the corporation. Individual contributor; may need close supervision
- Entry-level coordinator performs limited scope assignments in the support of the sales managers, marketing and factory
- May direct or educate customers on company website
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Received detailed instructions from their direct manager
- Champions' customer causes to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and company
- Readily accepts assigned responsibility
- Follows established processes
