• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Experience in sales/travel industry is an advantage (fresh grads welcome).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Computer literate and willing to work flexible hours.

• Promote and sell tour packages and travel services to clients.
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide travel advice.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport) for best deals.
• Achieve sales targets and support marketing/promotional activities.
• Ensure smooth customer experience before, during, and after travel.
