- Fresh graduates from Diploma or Degree related field of Tourism and Hospitality are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in tour operation services will be added advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations and travel regulations
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Excellent Organization and Multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts
- Design and develop tour packages, itineraries and travel plans
- Handle bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, transportation and activities
- Coordinate with suppliers including hotels, airlines and local tour operators
- Ensure all travel arrangements and services meet the client's requirements and expectations.
- Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information about tour options.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issue promptly and effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations and destination knowledge
