Responsible to ensure that changes are efficiently and effectivelyrecorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented,documented and reviewed in a controlled fashion. Liaises with and supports business unit, project and IT support staff toutilize and continuously improve IT Change Management practices inline with the ITIL best practice framework. Develops and maintains IT Change Management principles, standards,plans and procedures and their implementation within the agreed uponscope. Provides guidance, answers questions and guiding staff in the correct useof the change process and identifies training requirements and providestraining for staff if necessary. Schedules and chairs Change Advisory Board meeting and co-ordinatesurgent changes among IT support team. Responsible to review changesprior to moving them forward for Change Advisory Board review. Assists auditors with auditing the activities of the Change Managementfunction for compliance with established procedures and IT controlframework. Responsible to generate weekly change log close report and regular monthly management reports related to process outcomes and KPIreporting on effectiveness of Change Management. Other Responsibilities Provide recommendations and input to management on existing or newprocesses and procedures to improve the effectiveness of ChangeManagement. Lead implementation of any new Change Management policeschanges/updates.
