Liaise with Kementarian Dalam Negeri / Immigration Department related to foreign workers administration duties such as quota application, interview, registration, permit renewal, Check Out Memo and others. Liaise with agencies related to foreign workers management such as embassies, FWCMS, Fomema, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, SOCSO and EPF. Assist on foreign workers welfare including clinic and banking matters. Arranging and Inspection of hosel, passport locker and hostel repair works. Assist in foreign workers transportation. Preparing memo for hostel management such as tenancy agreement, monthly rental and utility payment (water, electricity and sewage). Assisting in foreign workers orientation, briefing and distribution of uniform during start work. Any job assigned by management from time to time Requirements: Education: Diploma in Human Resources / Administration or equivalent Experience: at least 1-2 years in HR / FW management will be added advantage.
