Meanwhile, Sika leads the field in total bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection solutions for bus, truck and rail vehicle manufacturing, and for the assembly of appliances, industrial equipment and building components.Sika Kimia Sdn Bhd currently employs more than 340 people in Sales & Marketing, Technical Service, Finance, HR & Administration, Laboratory, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse.Job DescriptionTo supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve the desired product quality and productivity.

To organize and allocate manpower for production.
To ensure plant is operated at optimal level with minimal down time.
To ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained for every batch.
To ensure QC samples are sent from plant to laboratory at required intervals for testing purpose
To check all incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure both the quantities and qualities are in order.
To keep QC retained samples as per Lab requirement.
To assist in plant repair and maintenance
To maintain good housekeeping of the plant
To ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policy

QualificationsPreferably Diploma in any discipline; those without any qualification but with relevant experience may also be considered.Preferably 2-year relevant working experience.Additional Information

Very keen in mechanical work
Able to communicate at all levels
